WJC Employee Resource Networks
These communities are comprised of staff and faculty affinity groups that come together around a shared purpose, ideology, or interest. They play a crucial role in creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, included, and empowered to succeed. These groups are voluntary and employee-led networks that offer support, advocacy, education, mentoring, and much more. All staff and faculty members at William James College are welcome to join these groups, whether they identify with a specific group or wish to be an ally.
